This process will be used to request Sourcing needs for purchase or renewal reasonably expected to be greater than $250,000 (sum of all phases, all expected projects with a supplier, total volume/quantity or over three years; whichever is greater). The Strategic Sourcing Team will then work together with the business partners to determine the best course of action.
